Princess Auto

This has been my home store since it opened. Not only has this store been well stocked on the tools and supplies I need to run my shop, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Often, if they aren’t familiar with what I’m after they’re willing to go through the website with me to figure out what I need. Bobby, one of the front line staff, makes sure that I’ve found what I need and can also let me know if the product had been on sale recently (if I enquire). I’ve noticed that she’s got a good rapport with all of the customers that she comes in contact with. She truly makes my experience there a pleasant experience. Over the years I’ve met Judy, Alex, and Mauricio. All have outstanding personalities that I’ve really come to appreciate over the years. Judy has since retired but one story I remember about her took place years ago. Just by scheduling, one year I was alone during the Christmas break. Judy had won a turkey in a draw and she had made an agreement with her fellow employees, she would cook the turkey if others agreed to bring the side dishes. The dinner break was a rolling schedule for everyone working that night and they invited me to join them…I wasn’t alone that Christmas. I don’t think the staff at the store realizes the impact they have on the everyday customers that walk through those doors, but it’s truly remarkable to know that kindness still lives here. Thank you, for everything.

Welcome to one of the best places on earth... The one stop shop for repairs, diy projects, and so much more. You can find: -Hydraulics -Log splitters -Camping supplies -Tools of every kind -Welding supplies -snacks -And hu dress of random stuff you wish surely find a use for in the surplus section. Not only is the selection great but so is the pricing and overall atmosphere. 😀

Don't bother coming here for car parts. You're better off ordering basic stuff like windshield wiper blades online or from literally any other store. They need to stop stalking camping meals and actually store things relevant to customers. Their stock is garbage, and their staff is useless. They don't even keep all the wiper blades in the same spot so if you're looking for something specific good luck.

I visited this store a couple days ago for a bunch of different pressure washer fittings. I wasn't able to find a bunch of the fittings so I went to the counter and was helped by a young man named I think Basel M. I find all your staff have been courteous during my visits to your store but I was blown away by Basel M in his professionalism in the way that he represented your store. He was very knowledgeable, detailed and stayed with me until I had every single fitting needed for me to finish my project. He exemplified the values that I constantly see/hear advertised by Princess Auto and due to my personal experience as a customer I felt it right to comment on my experience on this particular day. Please pass along my thanks to Basel M on what was by far my most pleasant customer service at your wonderful store.Great job and kudos to Princess Auto, your HR team found/hired a diamond in the rough. Really rude staff when I was there 09/21/23. An older lady was in the surplus isle wearing Princess auto uniform. I finally got her attention but she rudely told me she was off duty? I just had a question where the clamps/wood clamps were and she didn't seem to know what those are. If I were off duty in a place where you will most likely get asked by customers since you're wearing staff uniform in plain site then either wear something over that uniform or change. I would still respectfully tell a customer that sorry I'm off duty but there's a staff coworker that may help you. Overall a nasty experience.
